PRO STAFF

The  Pro Staff Team are a group of people that have individually applied and were selected to represent our Manufacturer Partners and HCG all over the United States. They’re anglers, hunters, outdoors men and women. They are moms, dads, brothers and sisters. Some are first responders. Some are military and former military. They are writers, authors and hosts of YouTube channels and radio shows. Most of them have full time careers or many work within the industry. Ultimately, they are people who believe in our Manufacturing Partners and HCG, who are willing to support the product in their venue, whether it be at a tournament, a local store or on their social media platforms.

What does a Pro Staffer do?

 

Our Pro Staff Team are an extension of our manufacturing partners and HCG, specifically an extension of the marketing team. They are another facet of our manufacturing partners and HCG encouraging potential dealers, customers, and millions of people on television, radio, digital, and social media to use our manufacturing partners' products. Each Pro Staffer agreement may encompass different requirements specifically tied to the person’s exposure and strong points, but, Pro Staffers may be asked to do any or some of the following activities:

• Make sales representative introductions to dealers in their area

• Make industry connections with people they know on behalf of our Manufacturing Partners and HCG

• Attend events on behalf of our Manufacturing Partners and HCG

• Create content (i.e. photographs, videos, article, etc.) for our Manufacturing Partners and HCG

• Use and enjoy our Manufacturing Partners' products

• Provide product feedback

 

What do I receive as a Pro Staffer?

 

Pro Staffers team members will be eligible to receive a variety of resources and discounted products to be used by owner or Pro Staff boat. Pro Staffers will also be among the first to receive company news and updates.
